Today I am going to share my tips on how I make my water detox. I make my own fruit water with a lot of fruits.. the more fruits I can add the more flavor and the more enjoyable.

-1 pitcher of water
-2pcs of lemon
-2pcs of lime (calamansi)
-cucumber
-orange fruit
-apple
-ginger (optional)

SOAK IT OVERNIGHT. Drink it as your regular water as substitute with your SODA.

Best time to drink it: Before going to bed and the moment you wake up and after you workout.

Please when you want change don’t think that it’s going to be the end of the world as you try new things. Just do it for yourself, stop procrastinating and start doing.

    I just want to ask if the lemon,lime and citrus will soak overnight, then do i have to throw it all and soak another by then?

    1. Slice all the fruits just like the picture and throw them in the pitcher and let it sit overnight.. you don’t have to squeeze the fruit. I squeeze the fruit if I will drink it right away..

  6. Hi ate mona. Do we really need 2pcs of lemon inside the pitcher or 2 slices lng po? Naguguluhan talaga ako hehe kasi i made my water detox kanina. And is it okay po na to drink the water detox as replacement po ng water? Tapos okay lng po ba na magkasama kong iinumin ang green tea ko at yung water detox?

    1. It really depends on you. You can put 2pc of water in a small glass of water then refill it 3 time three days in a row. Yes it is better to replace your water with water detox. Absolutely, you can detox and you can drink tea. Just make sure you eat the right foods. πŸ™‚
