Today I am going to share my tips on how I make my water detox. I make my own fruit water with a lot of fruits.. the more fruits I can add the more flavor and the more enjoyable.
-1 pitcher of water
-2pcs of lemon
-2pcs of lime (calamansi)
SOAK IT OVERNIGHT. Drink it as your regular water as substitute with your SODA.
Best time to drink it: Before going to bed and the moment you wake up and after you workout.
Please when you want change don’t think that it’s going to be the end of the world as you try new things. Just do it for yourself, stop procrastinating and start doing.
